Korean red-leaf salad with red onions and cucumber slices the dressing is an oriental dressing.

Sliced pan-fried duck with sliced red onions. The dish next to it is onions soaked overnight with hot chilies, apple vinegar, and soy-sauce. (It’s a cheap, quick banchan that I seen in a pork leg restaurant in Daegu.)

Coming to Korea has opened my eyes  to all the foods that can be soaked in soy-sauce turns out they are all wind up delicious.
